Missions du poste à pourvoir

Actia Automotive designs, produces and implements augmented electronic products and solutions for sustainable mobility with an uncompromising level of quality, safety, and security.

We are reinventing ourselves to provide our customers with ever better support and we transform our organisation to speed up the development of our next generation of products and solutions.

The evolution of our “Application Software” organization towards “Software Factory” is the perfect illustration of this transformation: tailoring our organization to the development of off-the-shelf software in line with our customers' expectations in terms of service.

More than a manager, we're looking for a leader who can show the way and guide our teams on this journey.

To do this, you will build and steer the adequate roadmap to meet business expectation while ensuring delivery of current projects in:

  • Off-board mobility software development, mainly in the automotive connected diagnostics domain
  • Web & Cloud solutions for connected services
  • Vehicle data processing
     

 As a technology manager, you will shape and support your team in terms of technology, skills, efficiency, and resilience. The team is made up of ~100 engineers in Toulouse and Tunis.

Your main missions will be:

  • Lead and manage the off-board software development team, including software engineers, architects, and group leader to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
  • Steer the operation of cloud technologies and best practices for scalable and resilient software architectures
  • Implement DevSecOps practices and principles throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring security, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Foster an agile culture within the team, promoting collaboration, flexibility, and adaptability to change.

Profil du candidat recherché: Formation, Expériences et Compétences, Qualités personnelles

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in software engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a software development leadership role, with a track record of successfully delivering complex software projects.
  • Expertise in cloud solutions, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing cloud-native applications.
  • Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices, including data modeling, database design, and data integration.
  • Solid knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Scrum or SaFe, and experience implementing these methodologies in real life.
  • Experience with DevSecOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and security testing.
  • Excellent leadership and communication with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellence.
