As part of our strong development in the Aerospace sector, we are looking for a:
Project Technical Manager (m/f)
Missions of the position to be filled:
Within the Aerospace Business Unit, you support the growth of our activities in the aerospace sector by providing your ability to manage projects and your expertise in space and aircraft embedded Electronics equipments.
Your main missions are about Technical and Project management aspects :
- Manage technical projects to reach Quality Delay and Costs (NRE-NRC/RC) objectives, from specifications to serial life.
- Ensure that requirements and processes are correctly understood and refined per engineering teams (e.g. through technical reviews)
- support and interface teams (design, industrialization, quality) teams to ensure that the best technical choices are made
- Define and validate the different system and HW/SW choices to ensure compliance with product needs (including environmental aspects like Electrical and Mechanical constraints, EMC, radiations, …)
- Participate to design and HW/SW technical documentation (specifications, architecture, design, procedures, tests…)
- Support the different engineering phases in conjunction with the engineering teams (design, industrialization, serial life)
- Manage the various reviews and milestones, risks and opportunities, set actions and work-around solutions to ensure success
- contribute to empower technical teams, to the technical knowledge / know-how company growth and continuous improvement
- Contribute to RFP/RFQ proposal response efforts
- Provide project KPI and reporting in-time to management and customers
- keep ERP/PLM and configuration management up-to-date
Training
You have a Master degree from an engineering school or a Master 2 in Electronics.
As the majority of ACTIA customers and partners are international, you are fluent in English.
Experiences and Skills
You occupy an equivalent position and have at least 5 years of experience as a project technical manager in the aerospace field, in the development of satellite on-board equipment or critical aircraft equipments.
You have a good system understanding of on-board equipment in satellites and aircrafts.
You have capitalized on a good experience concerning the elements used in electronics (analog/digital/power supplies) and embedded sofware for harsh environments.

Your various experiences have enabled you to enhance your ability to carry out technical analyses, to make risk/need/cost compromises. You operate in complete autonomy in carrying out your missions.
